Return and Refund Policy

Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your product arrived damaged or does not function as intended, please submit a request through our Contact Us page or email us at hydrasportproofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

To process your refund request, please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear images showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for items damaged by the customer.


Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
All sales are final.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Incorrect Shipping Address
Hydrasport Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer input. Orders are fulfilled exactly as the address is entered during checkout.
We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.


Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for shipment.
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
All sales are final.


European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.


Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
